Into the21st century,with China’s rapid economic and social development, the sportsindustry for high level application-type personnel demand continues to grow,to adapt tonational economic construction and social development of the talent demand, the Ministry ofEducation decided to expand to recruit fresh graduates of full-time professional degree masterrange since2009, this is a major breakthrough that my country graduate education cultivateacademic talents to training application-oriented talents, and offered more opportunities andchallenges for China’s sports professional master degree development. As the country’s economy,Shandong Province is six masters of sports training units now, but because this is the first torecruit full-time Master of sports, still at the exploratory stage, there are many problems in thetraining process. Therefore, there is an urgent problem that further optimization andstandardization of Shandong province full-time sports professional master degree postgraduatestudents.The status quo of five full-time sports in Shandong Province Master degree graduatetraining through the literature, a questionnaire survey of mathematical statistics methodsinvestigated, reach the following conclusion:1Shandong province full-time sports professional master degree postgraduate trainingcolleges in discipline construction, teachers’ strength, the external environment, academicresearch, to the cultivation of graduate students that can create adequate conditions.2Shandong Province Universities in the development of sports postgraduate training target,highlight its unity, but they did not have a physical occupation of practical work requiredoccupation ability put forward specific requirements, and ignore the training institutions and themajor differences between.3Colleges and universities in Shandong province of the full-time sports postgraduatecurriculum that consists of course system, curriculum structure, curriculum content arrangementcredits setting, curriculum evaluation and education practice training and other components. Theexistence of the curriculum arrangement unreasonable proportion of elective courses, sufficientdepth and breadth, set up a small number, the combination of theory and practice is not enough,the lack of advanced course content, education practice and supervision. It is difficult to satisfythe students’ practical ability etc..4Shandong province full-time sports professional master degree graduate student’s raise isnot yet out of the academic training mode, the dissertation topic, the form of too monotonous.5Colleges and universities in Shandong province sports postgraduate tutors the advantageof knowledge structure emphasis not prominent, postgraduate comprehensive diathesis developing well, graduate student of graduate management held basically satisfied with theattitude.6Shandong province college full-time sports postgraduate training measures includingsetting reasonable specific training objectives, to accelerate curriculum reform, strengthening thedissertation grant link management, strengthen the sports professional master degreepostgraduate teacher tutor training,strengthen the management of construction.
