Study On The Influence Factors Of The Utilization Of The Reproductive Health Services For Mobile Population In Cities

Objective:The empirical study on the reproductive health services of mobile population was done after the review of the relative literature data of the theory and practice research of the reproductive health services of mobile population. This study was going to analyze the situation of utilization of the reproductive health services for mobile population and filtered the influence factors in the course of the reproductive health services and to put forward some suggestions on how to enhance the reproductive health services for mobile population.Method:1.Literature research:the method was to understand the fact by collecting,identification and researching the literature.this paper collected relative theory research of mobile population,reproductive health services, utilization,the influence factors and make a brief analysis and comment through literature research to lay a theory foundation of this research.2.Method of questionnaire survey:the method was to conduct a questionnaire survey to the investigators to aqucire the information indirectly.the paper conducted questionnaire to the mobile population who came from Guangzhou,Shenzheng and Wuhan, to master the follow information :the basic situation of mobile population, the knowledge of reproductive health, behavior, attitude, the utilization of reproductive health services and the satisfaction and so on,finding out the situation of service of reproductive health for mobile population by the focus group of staff in mobile population administration offices and reproductive service institutions. 3. Method of statistical analysis: the method was to analyze the data by using the statistical menthod to master the quantitative relationship, development trend.the paper anayzed the basic situation of mobile population, the knowledge of reproductive health, behavior, attitude by descriptive statistics, chi-squared analysis, and analyzed the factors of the utilization of reproductive health services by using the logistic regression analysis.4. PEST: the method was to analyze the macroscopic factors from political; economic, technological, social facets.The paper analyzed the macroscopical factors of utilization of reproductive health services mobile population by PEST.Result:1. Basic status of investigation: investigated 6264 mobile population in Wuhan,Shenzhen and Guangzhou, the unmarried was 27.2%, the married was 72.8%, the male was 27.3% and the female was 72.7%.The mobile population had young age structure, the average age was 30.81, and their culture was poverty, most of them had senior high school and below education; their employment field were mainly in business, restaurants, factories, and social services with long work time and intensive labor, the income was low, the average income was 1347 Yuan.2. The mobile population was deficient of knowledge about reproductive health, the correct rate of basic physiological knowledge was 44.8%, the correct rate of AIDS knowledge was 56.4%, and the correct rate of reproductive health policy knowledge was 58.8%. The correct rate of reproductive health knowledge of the married mobile population was more than the unmarried.3. The pre-marriage sexual behaviors of the mobile population increased, and the mobile population had weak awareness of self-care. The unmarried mobile population mostly use condom on conception control, and the rate of induced abortion are more than the married mobile population.4. The reproductive health matters of unmarried mobile population had become increasingly. They get few reproductive health service, contraception teaching, and so on form the birth control organization. And the unmarried mobile population gets less reproductive health service than the married.5. The mobile population underutilizes the service of reproductive health and the harvesting rate of reproductive health knowledge, the awareness rate of reproductive health institutions for free, the enrollment rate of contraceptive, inspection rate of reproductive health were very low. By the logistic regression analysis, the education level, the city, the marital status, the knowledge of reproductive health was the main factor that can influence the Utilization of The mobile population reproductive health service.6. The influence factors of the reproductive health services for mobile population were following by PEST:(1) The aspect of policy and low: census registers system, medical care system, housing care system(2) The aspect of economy: The income of mobile population, the lack financing for the mobile population(3) The aspect of social and culture: the culture of mobile population, the status, the social administration system.(4) The aspect of technology: the quantity of staff of reproductive health service, the system of reproductive health information.Suggestions1. Improve the effect of the reproductive health services to mobile population step by step because of the census register system. Actualize the same administration; decrease the difference of policy between the mobile population and local registered population when establishing the employment, health medical, social care policy.2 Expand the coverage and degree of medical insurance to the mobile population, building social assistance system.derating the free of medical free for the poverty.3. Enlarge healthy education of reproduction, change reproduction concept, and improve quality of the mobile population. Arouse the positive factors of outside fully, impel them nurturance the right habit of health behavior, made the behavior of reproductive health changed sustained.4. Pay attention to the reproductive health matters of the unmarried mobile population as the married mobile population, set up the enquiry point for the reproductive health matters of unmarried mobile population. 5. Carry out the funds input of service organization, introduce multiple compensating ways. Increase input by supporting the service provider, and compensate through other related services.
