Recerch On The Equalization Of Basic Public Health Services Of Floating Population In Hebei Province

The mass flow of population has become an important phenomenon in China's urbanization process.But most migrants work the hardest jobs,and health problems are not guaranteed.In this context.How to ensure the healthy development of the floating population has become an important issue.The implementation of basic public health services equalization of floating population is one of the effective means.Based on the concept of floating population and basic public health services,this paper takes Hebei province as the research object,It is supported by the theory of public goods,the theory of fairness and justice,the theory of welfare economics and the government of service,Based on the actual situation of Hebei province,this paper analyzes the achievements of Hebei province in the equalization of basic public health services of floating population,And there are inequalities in terms of access to basic public health services between floating population and household registration population,On this basis,the reasons for these problems are continued from the lag of equalization concept,the imperfection of equalization mechanism and the imperfect system and the hysteresis of supervision,Finally,the paper gives the opinions of solving these problems from the system,mechanism construction and concept reform.In the research process,Three methods are used.First,literature analysis.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the paper by referring to the study of equalization of books and related journal articles.Second,quantitative analysis.By means of quantitative method,SPSS software was used to analyze data of dynamic monitoring data of Hebei province in 2015.Based on the qualitative research methods,the problems of equalization of basic public health services in Hebei province are obtained.Third,comparative analysis.In this way,the content and approach of basic public services and the degree of implementation of basic public service projects are different.
