Under the comprehensive development of the new elementary education revolution of Information & Technology classroom management, the teachers' focus has now changed to the development of the students' intelligence. They used to pay more attention to teaching, but have now altered to take into account the students' interests, this has meant that teachers must rebuild and upgrade their classroom management behaviors in line with the new curriculum revolution.Since the beginning of teaching, people have always been researching classroom management behavior, which has been one of the most important tasks in the field of education research. In this field, from its theoretical study and practice, the trend has mainly been toward the direction of democracy and flexibility, and has exhibited a change from rigidity to flexibility. This research is based on the reconsideration of classroom management behavior, and seeks to build on and enhance this theory and modes of operation. This thesis adopts the research method of demonstration, based on the integration of domestic and foreign studies history and actuality in classroom management behavior. It systematically explores and explains the term "classroom management behavior" through theoretical study and sound practice in teaching; Moreover, it designs an observation table of classroom management behaviors by induction, and observes 32 cases of classroom teaching, collecting and correlating the data. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the integrality and circumstances and to fully analyze the feedback from classroom management behaviors, it was necessary to design and study an observation table of students' classroom behavior, as the other point of view to the teachers' classroom management behaviors, to reveal some characteristics and regularity from the two ways of classroom study. The detailed process and study results of this research were:1. To refer to a great deal of correlative literature, a combination of domestic and foreign research trends, an in depth study and analysis of the background of the issue; and also related issue, moreover, to make many hypotheses, and combine these into the research.2. Through systematic observation and collection of data, to carefully observe and fully analyse the 32 classroom management cases, to divide the teachers's management behaviors into six kinds: lecture behavior, exhibition behavior, demonstration behavior, teacher-students interplay behavior, activities organization behavior and teaching facility operation behavior. To compare these six behaviors with different points of views, such as teachers' gender, classroom period and subject, to conclude the particular characteristic of the management in an Information & Technology classroom. Meanwhile, to avoid unilateralism in the study, the research results from the students' classroom behaviors, under the same experimental environment were compared, mapping the regularity and characteristics of the teachers's classroom management behaviors on to it. Based on these data, to judge and analyze the results in line with the new goal of curriculum.3. Study found: Firstly, the particularity of the Information & Technology classroom determined the particularity of its teachers' management behaviors and the transformation of the students' roles. However, the priority of classroom activities organization was such that students took the initiative in the activities and became the protagonists; the role of the students also embodied the teaching aim of the IT course. Secondly, while external behaviors comprised the major part of teachers' management behaviors, there were also some internal behaviors, which has usually been ignored. External behaviors refers to the whole behaviors that the teachers use to cause, maintain or prompt the students to study, with the help of all kinds of education teaching aids; it is the total amout of all kinds of backup, service and instruction activities for motivating students to complete the study process. The internal behaviors occurs when the teacher uses hints or metaphors to influence his/her students. In the process of classroom management, when paying attention to the organization of the external behaviors, we should also combine and implement internal behaviors to influence the students unobtrusively, and focus on optimizing the combination of the external behaviors and interior behaviors in the management of the IT course. Thirdly, male & female teachers show different behaviors to their student groups, and the frequency of these behaviors is not the same. According to the students' different skills and ways of thinking, teachers adopt different classroom management styles.4. To make a conclusion about the classroom management behaviors, and to analyze on combination with the characteristics of IT course, and after analysis, the thesis bring forward a preliminary conception of classroom management strategies for Senior High School IT courses. In the curriculum revolution, to ensure that teachers improve their classroom management ideas, and think about their management methods in order to enhance their management skills and effectiveness.
