For the past ten years, along with global economic's rapid development, some social questions such us the shame feeling desalination, that the honor or disgrace does not divide start to appear, the shame research also starts to receive the scholar from all walks of life to take seriously, but the shame education, especially the elementary school students'shame education question actually have few people to pay attention. This research takes the system elaboration of the elementary school students'shame education correlation theories as a foundation, explores the the actual state of modern-day elementary school students'shame and shame education through some practice methods such as questionnaire survey, interview, case analysis and so on .The research also proposed four target-oriented shame education models according to the moral development unit process, so as to provid scientific theory and practice foundation for raising the elementary school students'shame, promoting their moral development and finally achieving the self-value to realization. The whole research consists of the following four parts.The first part is the introduction part, mainly introduced questions and so on research background and research significance.The second part was the research summarizes, reviews and reorganized domestic and foreign about the shame feeling and shame feeling education some research, elaborated the correlation theories concept, to have the mechanism, the influencing factor, the function and the developing process, and has carried on the analysis to predecessor's research results, proposed the shame feeling education's moderate principle, discussed the elementary student shame feeling to educate this proposition the theory value.The third part is the elementary student shame feeling education empirical study, the author in September, 2008 from to December in six elementary schools of Shanghai and Wuxi, it carries on the research practice, has conducted the interview research to 14 working teachers, and selects 300 samples to carry on the questionnaire survey stochastically, and through the interview, the practice, served as a substitute teacher and so on ways to gather certain cases and the example, promulgates now the elementary student shame feeling and the elementary student shame feeling education real present situation, and carried on the objective science the discussion and the analysis.The last part is the elementary student shame education practice exploration, proposed four effective elementary students'shame training model, each model includes the principle and operates; And has discussed the practice assessment method and the principle, proposed elementary student shame feeling education ultimate objective ---- self-value realization.
