The interpersonal relations value is a set of conviction system with the standard of oneself,the society and the respective national culture need,which appraise the importance of the main body to the object and the attibute(for example ability,disposition,interest,semblance and so on) during the process of the interpersonal relations.It is the manifestation of individual general values in interpersonal relations of daily life,is a stable,lasting set of faith system which has the motive function and the individual obtains in the long-term social interaction process.This research based on the open-ended questionnaire survey and abundant domestic and foreign literature material about the interpersonal values,established the interpersonal values scale using the psychological surveying's basic principle to suit the university students of Guangxi University for Nationalities(the Zhuang,the Yao and the Miao ethnic minority) interpersonal values,then investigated the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities interpersonal communication condition with the official questionnaire and the General Well-Being scale,inspected the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities interpersonal communication characteristic, and finded out the relation of their interpersonal values and the general well-being.This research's result indicated:(1) the university student interpersonal values questionnaire which arranged from the national minority(the Zhuang national minority,the Yao national minority and the Miao national minority) has higt reliability and fair validity.Through the factor analysis we obtains 2 dimensions of the national minority(the Zhuang,the Yao and the Miao ethnic minority) the university students' interpersonal values:Interpersonal goal value, interpersonal method value,as well as eight secondary factors:ability, semblance,help,emotionality,interest,morals,disposition,benefit.(2) the descending sequence of the importance of the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities interpersonal values in each dimension is,the Zhuang:F6(morals)>F7 (disposition)>F4(emotionality)>F1(ability)>F3(help)>F5(interest)>F2(semblance)>F8(benefit);the Yao:F6(morals)>F7(disposition)>F4(emotionality)>F3(help)>F5(interest)>F1(ability)>F2(semblance)>F8(benefit);the Miao:F6(morals)>F7(disposition)>F4(emotionality)>F5(interest)>F1(ability)>F3(help)>F2(semblance)>F8(benefit)(3) the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities have the remarkable national difference in F2(semblance),F3(help),F5(interest),Interpersonal goal value,moreover the Yao ethnic minority and Miao ethnic minority's score is higher than the Zhuangethnic minority,except F3(help).(4) the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities have remarkable difference in the interpersonal communication:compared to the female student,the male student more focus on the semblance factor.(5) looking from the grade difference,in F4(emotionality),the descending sequence is:the fourth grade>the first grade>the third grade>the second grade.(6) the minority university student's of Guangxi University for Nationalities has remarkable family locus difference in F4(emotionality),F2(semblance),and emotionality score of students from village is higher than those from city.Semblance score of students from cityis higher than those from village.(7)looking from the speciality difference,in the interpersonal communication:compared to the not speciality student,have speciality student more focus on the ability,interest and morals factor.(8) looking from the liberal arts and science difference,the Guangxi university students tend to be consistent in interpersonal values, and have no remarkable difference. (9) children from the family whose mother's occupation is the teacher more focus on benefit in the interpersonal communication and they have higher score in F8(benefit) compared to farmer's and worker's children.The higher the fother's years of schooling,the more children focus on the disposition in the interpersonal communication.(10) the university students of Guangxi University for Nationalities (the Zhuang,the Yao and the Miao ethnic minority) interpersonal values are generally positive,progressive.It has certain stability and polytropism.
