A Change In Culture And Industrial Process Of Betel Nut From Anthropology Perspective

As Betel nut process is the more important industry of Xiangtan ,Hunan province,we do some detail researches on cultures of Betel nut and its process,offering the reasons and refercences on transfer of Betel nut cultures and its industry. These years,many researchers studied Betel net process in Xiangtan from modern economics version and presented solutions for Betel nut industry, ignoring its culture.Thus, basing on fieldword of Betel nut industry in Xiangtan, we foucus on the culture of Betel nut from new perspective.
