The Research Of Impicit Education In The Ideological And Political Education Of Undergraduate

At present, China's higher education is under the new situation of the social economy,cultural idea, a wide range of information society.The new situation puts forward new demands about the moral education of the process, ways and means. We must strengthen the research of strategy and implement implicit education before achieving the good results of moral education.Implicit education as a important implementation approach in the ideological and political education has been extensive used by educators at the practice of education, which influence has been to keep pace with the explicit education. Now, however, theorists have not yet researched on the implicit education in-depth. With the deepening of practice as well as the scientific development of the ideological and political education, the importance of this issue is more prominent. We need the urgent research to reveals the intrinsic function and happened mechanism of implicit education, ascertain its important status, guide practice by the theory and improve the effectiveness of education. In this paper, starting from this research needs guided by the Marxist theory of education ,we explore the implicit education.Relative to the explicit education, implicit education refers to the subtle forms of thought, behavior, emotional and psychological impact of education, such as put teaching at the study, recreation, management, etc,which are important forms of implicit education. This paper mainly dicusses the necessary and function of implicit education from the hidden meaning and characteristics of implicit education and put forward the basic ideas to strengthen implicit education in the process of the ideological and political education from the perspective of the theory and practice.
