The study on education equity was becoming the top topics in the academic area in recent years. It was studied in multi-disciplinary and multi-angle. Existing studies on education equity are focusing on the quantitative data about the level of different schools'and areas'development. Among these trends, concerning about the surviving states of human is fundamental. When the"specific individuals"in rich contents and unlimited potential for development was entering the vision of educational researchers, a long-neglected fact about the sociology was brought forward, that is, no matter the individuals and the groups, they are commonly equal. Did school education give everyone equal opportunity for development? As the paradise of life growing, did school give the freedom of life? As a major interpersonal relationship in education, did teacher-student relationship reach the goal of respecting everyone equally? How about the knowledge in school in this process?It was one of disadvantages of modern education to emphasize the unified, standardized and fixed mode. The more the thoughts of humanistic education and subjective education are concerning about the subjective human in education, the more important it is to respect the differences of human, the awareness and respect of human's richness, diversity and unlimited possibilities of development. At the same time, teacher-student relationship is not the traditional mode of one-way transmission of knowledge, furthermore, it becomes the relationship between equal subjects in true situation.Facing the complicated first-hand research data, the differences of teacher's attitude and behavior were my starting point for thinking, furthermore, I realized that the teacher's views behind behaviors were also important. Once the unified and coherent realization was formed, school culture became the discipline forces to every student in school, many students felt helpless, it was doomed to be. The knowledge is the"Rchimedes fulcrum"of formation of unequal phenomenon, it also plays a key role in unequal teacher-student relationship. Discourse hegemony is reflected in the variety of cultural symbols in school, so that the objective discourse right annihilated the personal discourse, and the objective knowledge annihilated the personal knowledge.Based on the problems mentioned above, the analysis part of the paper regarded the unequal teacher-student relationship as a post-modern "text" and used the text analysis method to show the evolution of modern education discipline mechanism. As the important practical ways of school education evolved from the rise of industrialization, classification consciousness, existing of standards, optimization strategy of system and application of management techniques constituted the base of micro-power of morden educational teacher-student relationship. The production, selection, dissemination processes of school knowledge also shows the scientific feature since industrialization.To achieve the democratic and equal teacher-student relationship, education should regress to life-world, offer more education freedom and respect the student's rights.
