The most important interpersonal relationship in education and teaching activities is teacher-student relationship.As two important subjects of educational activities,the relationship between teachers and students not only has a direct impact on the effect of education and teaching,but also has an important impact on the physical and mental development of students and the professional development of teachers.The establishment of caring teacher-student relationship will positively promote the growth of students,the professional development of teachers and the effect of education and teaching.This paper adopts the research methods of education narrative,three choose J S city school teachers as the research object to explore the care for the building up of the type of relationship between teachers and students.From September 2020 to November 2020,the author worked as an educational intern in J School and carried out investigation and research at the same time.Through interviews,daily observation and communication,as well as the collection of relevant written materials,the author learned about the process of the three teachers and their students establishing a caring teacher-student relationship in two months.By describing and analyzing the process of establishing the relationship of concern between teachers and students in the real educational situation,this paper hopes to have some enlightening effect on the establishment of the relationship between teachers and students.By describing and analyzing the caring stories between three teachers and students,this paper presents the inner thoughts,behavior and difficulties of teachers and students in the process of establishing a caring teacher-student relationship,and deeply analyzes the problems that teachers should pay attention to in the process of establishing a caring teacher-student relationship with students.Through the analysis,it is found that teachers should pay attention to the real development needs of students and the current life of students when they care about students.Teachers care about students through equal dialogue with students and certain caring behavior,students can feel the teacher's care,put down their psychological guard and recognize the teacher's care for them.When teachers care about students,students can feel the happiness of being cared about,teachers can also gain the positive response of being understood and cared about by students,and the emotional needs of teachers and students can be met.In addition,the establishment of a caring teacher-student relationship will bring about positive changes in students' behavior,emotions and interpersonal communication.In terms of behavior,students can recognize and are willing to improve their own bad behavior.Emotionally,students are willing to accept teachers' care,express their true thoughts to teachers,and take the initiative to communicate with teachers emotionally.In interpersonal communication,students can correctly view and actively respond to the concern of teachers,and correctly view the relationship with teachers.
