Along with the more and more devotion in education, our country has started the ordinary high school curriculum reform in Hainan,Guangdong,Shandong and Ningxia province in 2004. Jiangshu province became the experimental area. And the reform expanded in Fujian,Liaoning,Zhejiang, Anhui and Tianjing. It is a curriculum reform with the max scale and the most power since the nation was founded. The implementation of new curriculum reform brings precious development opportunities and also many difficulties for our country's education especially for the high school education. Teachers are the most direct participators in the implementation of new curriculum reform, and also the key factor of whether the new curriculum reform will go on smoothly; Howthe high school teachers adapt to the new curriculum reform is directly affecting the success of this curriculum reform. So to strengthen the research in that respect is the urgent matter.This article is mainly divided into four parts: Part I analyses the problems mainly related to the teacher's adaptation, including problems proposing and adapting, the concept boundary of teachers' adaptation, and also the studying process and method to choose. Part II according to investigating material, analyses the present situation of how the high school teachers of Shenyang NO.1 Korean School adapt to the curriculum reform, summing up the factors that affect the high school teachers' adapting to the new curriculum reform, including the factors related to teachers themselves, schools and parents.PartIII further analyses the Korean school teachers' difficulty in adapting to the new curriculum reform, including the translation of the text, the difficulty of the new curriculum reform itself and the difficulties appearing in the students' studying process. The Part IV based on current situation of the high school teachers' adapting to the new curriculum reform, attempts to bring forward the countermeasure strengthening teacher's adaptability, mainly including guiding a teacher to fit in with the new curriculum reform, ensuring parents' support and cooperation , boosting teachers working together and enhancing present teacher appraising system and training system, and so on.
