The new teachers who have just joined the work are generally full of confidence and enthusiasm. They had just walked out of a normal college of higher education and had solid theoretical knowledge. They also studied a series of compulsory subjects such as pedagogy and psychology, curriculum standards, and also passed education internships. They have great aspirations and illusions about their work. They all have their own imaginations about this sacred profession of teachers. But when they step into practical work, they find it difficult to combine theoretical knowledge with reality and discover that "the ideal is full, reality is very skinny, and the distance between reality and imagination is far too far.It is found that the actual problems encountered are far more than they thought. Moreover, because of the special nature of the teacher's profession, the same work content is repeated day after day,and the object of work is no changed every day.As time goes on,people will begin to doubt their own work, gradually lose their enthusiasm and joy in their work, lose confidence, and have a series of occupational incompatibility problems. Some teachers simply regard teaching as a means of making a living.Teachers who are unwilling to "remember" choose to reconsider career choices. Therefore, there is a big problem in the educational circles both at home and abroad. The turnover rate of new teachers is very high.Researchers investigated Yanji City,a total of 6 Korean secondary schools, and a total of 7 new math teachers.Obviously, the young forces of Korean high schools are not enough. At present, there are many old teachers who are about to retire in Korean-style secondary schools. The society is about to welcome a large number of new mathematics teachers from Korean middle schools. Therefore, how to make the new group of mathematics teachers in Korean high school better adapt to the new environment, new jobs, and new roles, and thus reduce the teacher turnover rate is a major problem for the current Korean education. This research was conducted through the follow-up survey of new mathematics teachers at the Korean s Middle School in Yanji City, and the relevant materials were obtained through lectures, interviews, and other methods.Through the methods of literature survey and other methods, teachers' vocational adaptation problems can be divided into three aspects:teaching adjustment, class management, and interpersonal relationship. Then, concrete problems such as case analysis and interviews were drawn to analyze the factors affecting the new mathematics teachers in Korean middle schools. Finally draw conclusions and make recommendations. In this study, the influencing factors of new teachers 'vocational adaptation are divided into internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include role change, career expectations, and teaching tact.External factors include work pressure, job entry training, salary treatment, student home education environment, mentoring and apprenticeship system, teacher education or pre-job work experience, role conflicts, and restrictions imposed by the Internet. This study draws the following conclusions.1.Korean middle school new mathematics teachers can not do "to learn teaching".2.Korean middle school new mathematics teachers like to imitate the experience of teachers.3.Interpersonal relationship management is the most perplexing problem for new teachers.4.Interpersonal relationships, teaching business and student management are interactive.
