The implementation of national language education in ethnic areas is the characteristics of national education. In order to speed up the popularization of the national language, the national language is taught in the national schools of some ethnic minority areas. Therefore, it is a universal phenomenon that the national language classes is offered in the primary, secondary and university of ethnic minority areas.This research is a case study about"the Tibetan language classes"in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Kindergarten of Gansu Province, and the study has investigated and analyzed the reason of opening, the attitude of teachers and parents, the purpose of opening, the curriculum content of education, and the teachers of"the Tibetan language classes"of kindergarten with the research methods including questionnaires, interviews, literature analysis by selecting thirty teachers and seventy parents of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Kindergarten as the subjects who are interviewed .The survey results has revealed that"the Tibetan language classes"was alone opened in the year of 2004,and the Tibetan language classes was carried out once a week beginning in the mid-classes of the kindergarten since the year of 2006 in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Kindergarten for displaying the local national characteristics, and the education contents of"the Tibetan language classes"mainly include everyday language of Tibetan, Tibetan song and dance, Tibetan clothing, Tibetan festivals, Tibetan arts & crafts, and the contents are carried out through three various ways involved the collective teaching activities, game activities and infiltration of the kindergarten environment. At the same time,"the Tibetan language classes"has been highly identified by the majority of the teachers and parents, and the majority of the parents have the deep desire to allow their children to learn the Tibetan language and understand the national cultural tradition.The study has showed that there are five major problems about"the Tibetan language classes"in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Kindergarten including the children there are lack of the language environment for learning Tibetan, the shortage of Tibetan teachers and the confusion of Tibetan teachers ,the old ideas of the parents and the single Tibetan curriculum. On the basis of analyzing the problems of"the Tibetan language classes"in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Kindergarten, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:1. The government should establish a sound mechanism to protect the Tibetan language education: enlarging fund investment; strengthening the management and guidance of"the Tibetan language classes"of kindergarten.2. The quality of teachers must be improved through a variety of measures: enhancing the training of the level of the Tibetan language, professional knowledge and ability, and teaching skills and the basic theory of modern education of the teachers.3. The parents must cope with the kindergarten: raising the awareness of the parents on children's education, and encouraging the parents to understand the development of national education reforms to create a good cultural atmosphere of the family for the Tibetan learning of the child.4. The kindergarten should organize the persons to develop the Tibetan teaching textbooks with the local national resources: the development of the Tibetan teaching textbooks suitable for the actual situation of minority children is the needs of the community.5. The kindergarten should integrate the essence of Tibetan culture into their current curriculum: in the five major areas of health, social, science, languages, and arts, the kindergarten can reflect the characteristics of Tibetan culture by transforming the arrangements for educational content and improving education ways.
