In Tianzhu County, the Han Group and the Tibetan Group play the role of both "Tianzhu Man" and "Modern Man" at the same time during the daily social interaction. From the endemic perspective, Tianzhu County has its unique cultural pattern and folk norms, namely "Tianzhu Rules". The foundation on which this rule exists is the long-term cultural exchange and collision of the Han Group and the Tibetan Group. Besides,"Tianzhu rules" promote the interaction of the Han Group and the Tibetan Group. The existence of "Tianzhu Man" is the most obvious representation of "Tianzhu Rules". On the other hand, the social change promoted by the modernization caused all the ethnic groups in Tianzhu County turn themselves from the tradition to the modern. During such a process of change, the Han Group and the Tibetan Group gradually show the phenomenon of identity in the aspects of life-way and ideology. Which is to say, the feature of "the modern" appears in every aspects of people’s life there in Tianzhu County. We could say, the existence of the double role of "Tianzhu Man" and "Modern Man" not only promotes the social interaction of the Han Group and the Tibetan Group in Tianzhu County but also lays a solid foundation for the optimum development of Minzu relations in the area.The first chapter of this article-the introduction part in mainly explains the origin and the signification of the research, defines related concepts and composes a review of related literature. It also introduces the objective and the method of the research.The second chapter briefly outlines the geographical features, population, ethnic groups and the Han-Tibetan relations in this area during this period of time. The third chapter introduces the unique cultural pattern and folk norms of Tianzhu County. The author brings out the concepts of "Tianzhu Man" and "Tianzhu Rules" by the way of introducing the cultural interaction pattern made up of "sinicization""Tibetanism" and "assimilation". Besides, the author explains the reasons that why the phenomenon of the Han-Tebitan interaction started and the meaning that this interaction stands for from the endemic perspective.The fourth chapter bring out the concept of the modern, the author describes the change of life-way and ideology of the Han Group and the Tibetan Group from the perspective of modernization and discuss the dynamic and the result of the interaction of the modern.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusion of the research and speculate the whole phenomenon. From the perspective of social interaction, the author would like to explore the problems between "Tianzhu Man" and "Modern Man" and make a further analysis of the interaction between the Han Group and the Tibetan Group. Besides, the author prefers to speculate the loss of the traditional local Tibetan culture and the problem of sinicization.
