Learning burnout is one behavior of negative learning psychology. The Learning burnout of undergraduates, who learn in normal universities, has an effect on learning qualities and also influences the total quality of teachers. This dissertation analyzes the learning burnout of undergraduates in normal schools and influencing factors by the means of investigation researching method, aiming to discuss the present total situation, considering the differences of sex, grades, origin of students and universities. What is more, it attempts to obtain the effects of different factors and focus on the influencing mechanism of them, subsequently, deal with learning burnout of undergraduates in normal universities. This study achieves on the basis of investigation and analysis of 883 undergraduates studying in five domestic normal universities, using College students learning burnout questionnaire designed by Lian rong and Yang Lixian, and Influencing factors on the learning burnout of college students in normal universities Questionnaire designed by myself. The results as follows:1.Learning burnout exists in the undergraduates of domestic normal universities, behaves not severely, meanwhile, it would not be treated optimistically. In fact, Behavioral unsuitableness (BU) obtains highest score, subsequently follows by Low personal accomplishment (LPA) and Emotional turndown (ET).2.There are significant difference of undergraduates belonging to different sex analyzing from the BU and LPA.3.From ET, fresher own the lowest score. From LPA, students of other three grades behave more obviously than of forth grade. As for questionnaire total-point, sophomore show more learning burnout than the students of forth grade.4.From BU, there are significant difference of undergraduates belonging to the students coming from town and countryside. Either from LPA or questionnaire total-point, the students coming from country town own significant higher score than students from cities.5.There are significant differences of undergraduates belonging to normal universities subject to ministry of education and respective provinces. From ET, the undergraduates of Beijing Normal University own lowest score. From BU, the undergraduates of Inner Mongolia Normal University own highest score. From the dimension of LPA, there are differences between the undergraduates of Beijing Normal University and ones of Southern Normal University and Shanxi Normal University. As for questionnaire total-point, the undergraduates of Beijing Normal University have lowest score, and there are significant differences between them and students of other four universities.6.The causes that affect learning burnout of undergraduates belonging to normal universities can be generally classified into internal cause and external cause. The former includes emotional elements, self-effectiveness sense of students, cognitive attitude to own major and interest of major. Meantime, the latter includes course elements, expectations for employment, the teaching of teachers, learning environment and method of examination.7.Four parts of internal cause are interactional. In addition, the external cause will indirectly affect learning burnout of undergraduates belonging to normal universities, depending on internal cause.
