With the development of network technology,online learning,which is not limited by time and space,develops gradually and is favored by more and more people.Online learning not only satisfies the resource sharing among colleges,but also promotes the development of adult education,which is exactly in response to the call of lifelong learning.However,the development of online learning is accompanied by learning problems.Significantly,learning burnout is more prominent.The learning burnout not only affects individual learning effect on the internet,but also has a great negative impact on individual physical and mental health.Therefore,it is very meaningful to explore the factors affecting online learning burnout.Based on the characteristics of network learners,this study collected questionnaire data for higher education and adult education.From the "environment" and "individual"two aspects,this study explored the relationship between "online learning burnout" and these five dimensions,including "online environment requirements","online environment resources","psychological capital","autonomous learning ability" and"demographic information".Then,we built the factors model of online learning burnout,and put forward the relevant suggestions.Data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0.The results are shown as follows:(1)Burnout was common among learners in the online environment,with the number of learners above the medium level reaching 42.8%.(2)In online learning,girls were more likely to be burnout than boys;Freshmen were more likely to be burnout than sophomore;Senior and graduates had slightly lower level of online learning burnout.(3)Online learning burnout was significantly positively correlated with online environmental requirements,but negatively correlated with online environmental resources,psychological capital and independent learning ability.(4)Online environment requirements and all dimensions(academic pressure,role ambiguity,content value conflict)positively affected online learning burnout,while online environmental resources and all dimensions(control right,social support,incentive feedback)and independent learning ability negatively affected online learning burnout.(5)Psychological capital could alleviate the increase of online learning burnout caused by role ambiguity,and could also strengthen the reduction of online learning burnout caused by incentive feedback.
