Occupation education is an important part of the education system of our country,has been playing the talent training and general education equally important role,and in the nineteen Party Congress report clearly pointed out that "improve the occupation education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation." But at the same time in such a large scale,occupation education system gradually improved,policy support,full of youthful spirit under the background of this just unfolding,the occupation college students in secondary vocational schools,such as "why is late,leave early,eat and sleep in class" and "learning burnout" phenomenon,this phenomenon and the current the educational development trend obvious contrast,the underlying cause of concern and provide much material for thought.In this study,we selected students,teachers and leaders from three secondary vocational schools in Shijiazhuang first vocational secondary school,Shijiazhuang cotton four kindergarten teachers school and Shijiazhuang industrial information secondary school.Questionnaires,educational observation,educational testing and interview were applied to investigate and analyze the current situation and differences of classroom learning performance,classroom performance and influencing factors of secondary vocational school students.The main factors are including vocational students' mental health and learning motivation,and to the study of learning burnout,mental health,learning motivation from three aspects of gender,grade,professional analysis,and through the analysis and Discussion on Improving Vocational Students' learning burnout and puts forward suggestions and reasonable strategy the results of the survey,and draw the following conclusions:First,secondary vocational school students' learning burnout is more serious,mental health problems are obvious,and learning motivation level is general.Second,secondary vocational students' learning burnout,mental health problems and school motivation are different,and their influencing factors are different.Third,secondary vocational school students' learning burnout is significantly correlated with three factors of mental health level,which indicates that mental health level of secondary vocational school students is an important factor that influences students' school burnout.Fourth,secondary vocational school students' learning burnout is significantly correlated with learning motivation level,which indicates that secondary vocational school students' learning motivation is an important influencing factor for students' school burnout.
