Since our nation carried out the reform and opening policy,the Chinese non-governmentaleducation has developed quickly and made a great achievement But its development isn't plain sailing.It meets so many difficulties roughly.It causes by the contradiction of unity and opposites between the rational benefits and the social public welfare.. This thesis finds out the general characterastics and laws of the the Non-governmental Education and the deficiencies by probing into the cases about the Non-governmental Education of Dongsheng Zone with the Marxist philosophy.And forecasts the developmental direction to make suggestions for its more quick and better development.The thesis is constituted by three parts of the introduction,the key part and the conclusion.The introduction recommends the topic's reason, the shortage and the actuality of the non-governmental education summarily.And indicates the research fields,the significance,the value, the methods and the referenced materials.Firstly ,it defines the non-governmental educational concept according to the economic possessory system,the legal person's main body and the capital.It figues out that the non-governmental education isn't operated by the government but the social individuals who possess the legal person's main body idendity to seek the profits.Secondly,it reviews the development and the evolvement of the non-governmental education in history briefly.And finds out that the non-governmental education has something to do with the national policy ,the social needs and its own quality vie the three high tide eras.Lastly,it analyzes the non-governmental education of Dongsheng Zone earnestly.Part Two is the philosophical consideration of the non-governmental education.The paper analyses the disadvantage and deficiency of our country's non-governmental educational competition,the control maladjustment of the running school cost and its low quality from the two aspects of the seeking profits and the public welfare.And it figures out that the present non-governmental education can seek the profits from"the principle of allotting the benefits according to one's contribution"and"the theory on the dualism of the educational serving products".But it stresses that the public welfare is the basic which the non-governmental education depends on to develop and exist.And the non-governmental education can enlarge the educational opportunity, increase the educational choice,alleviate the governmental educational finance pressure, broaden the welfare education to achieve its public welfare value .At last the paper tells that the non-governmental education can solve the contradiction between its developmental motivity and many other factors through the law,the market adjustment and the elevation of its own..Part Three is the future and expexctation of the non-governmental education.This part firstly discusses the deviation between the ideal and the reality.Then,talk about the condition and prospect for the non-governmental education to obain the public welfare and the seeking profits together.Finally,it forecasts the future of the non-governmental education.The paper thinks it is the key issue that the non-governmental education how to deal with the contradiction between the public welfare and the seeking profits.And analyzes the country's policy, the soclal needs, the market economy allotting forms and the non-governmental educational particular administration style and mode, diversificational curriculum combinations, effective diffluent mechanism.And makes a conclusion that the non-governmental education can have a more quick and better, healthy,developmental future, overcoming its difficulties by all means.The conclusion summarizes the whole paper and advances the study prospect.
