The new curriculum reform brings new ideas to geography teaching. These ideas affect each process of geography teaching to varying degrees. Geographic activity becomes the focus of attention. In a sense, the implementation of geographic activity determines the quality of curriculum reform. The paper studied the new senior high school geography textbook activity system based on the above ideas. It is divided in to the following five parts: the introductory remarks introduced the research background, the significance, current research condition, theory and the method of paper. The first part: connotation and denotation of the geographic activities. The second part: teaching theoretical basis of new senior geographic activity system. The third part:the content, objective and analytical forms of the new senior geography textbook activity system. The fourth part: the basic conclusion.The cores of the paper are the content, objective and analytical forms of the new senior geography textbook activity system. In specific studies, the author used the method of combining action research with literature study, personally Senior experiments and the preparation of the answer set geographic system activity. As to the study on the content of new textbook"activity", the paper determined its classification system, which consist of activity and question study. Activity type is subdivided in to cognitive activity, operational activity and experimental activity. Question studying type is subdivided in to imagination type, reflection type, analysis type, argument type. The structure of the activities is analysized from three angles of chapter, type and three books. Activity objectives are determined as: knowledge and skills; processes and methods; emotional attitudes and values. Draw its share of quantity and characteristics through classifying each goal. Thirds, according to the forms of introductory and expression, analysis the images of the activities. On the basis, the basic conclusion of the activities are drawn as(1)geographic activity system is consisted of new senior geography textbooks mutual influence, mutual contact of the events and research problems. It is a learning process of students as the active part . Geographic activity system has its unique characteristics: a comprehensive guide and different thoughts and methods, diversified geographic activity system, uniqueness of the content.(2)The content characteristics of the new geography textbook activity system: according to the different disciplines, the three books are respectively focused on physical geography, human geography, regional geography of the basic principles, basic laws, basic processes, such as basic concepts. Activities often associated with the combination of cases, be able to reflect the value of geography and the concept of sustainable development. 100 activities and 16 question researchment can be divides in to two types of activity and question researchment, a total of 15 small-type. Various types are closely related and combined into the activity system of senior geography textbook. Activity quantity of book one takes the main part in three books. Cognitive activity takes the dominant position of all types; question research first appeared in senior high school geography textbook and highlights the characteristics of inquiry activity.(3) The goal characteristics of the new geography textbook activity system: activity goal to foster three-dimensional targets of the students. Knowledge objectives include the geographical knowledge and geographical rational perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge-oriented culture; goal, including the geographical observation skills, observation, laboratory skills, analysis of natural, cultural, regional geo-solving skills, the use of geographic charts and other geographic data skills to intelligence-based skills development. Including the aim and method of the process of collection, collation, analysis of natural and human geography of the process and methods of information; found in natural, human and regional geography of the problem and the solution process; expression, communicate the results of studying the process and methods to cultivate students of geography the main problem of the analytical process. Emotional attitudes and values can be divided into emotional goal, attitude and values of the three levels in order to cultivate the values of the ultimate goal. Students can be divided into specific objectives for the natural, cultural and regional interest in studying geographic knowledge of the geographical landscape of the aesthetic taste, love the motherland and homeland feelings, care for geographical things, respect for the law of geography, the Prevention of Cruelty to protect the environment and attitude, resources, and environment, and people in concept, the concept of sustainable development training.(4)The form characteristics of senior high school geography teaching activity system are: varying forms of activity system, four expressional forms and eight introductory forms, with flexible location, irreplaceable of the role of activity forms, enormous quantity of images in activity. That embodies the characteristic"map is the second language of geography".Some problems of activity are put forwarded on the basis of studying on contents, objectives forms of activities: (1) standard lesson in "the proposed activity," not enough to adopt. Some additional activity, such as fieldwork activities. (2) Senior less geographical manifestation of selective activity system. (3) the difficulty of individual activities is too large or too small. (4) the activities of open standards undetermined activity. Finally, on the basis of activity problems, some suggestions on preparation and implementation of activity have been put forward: pay attention on the instructive role of geography standard: Designment of activity should be selective, teachers should foster the concept of teaching activity; students should form studying view; reasonably arrange the time of activity; give importance on the assessment of activity; improve the status of activity systems. These are all in order to help teachers and students take better activites.
