Analysis Research On The Competition Status Quo Between CBA And CUBA Youth Basketball Competition

There has more than one hundred year past since beginning of the basketball. During these one hundred year American basketball players have set themselves as leader, especially the National Basketball Ally(NBA) has become the most popular and important competition in the world. Compared with NBA, Chinese professional basketball sports has a late start and has a short come in management, technique, and tactics. However, since we attach important to the basketball competition, it has a great progress, but still has an obvious gap to the US.The first session of CBA—CUBA youth basketball competition held in Wuhan University of science and industry and Hubei industry university on December 28th 2005 to January 4th 2006, and it has held three session until now. It is the biggest and highest competition between college high level basketball team and professional basketball team since china basketball professionalized reform, and it has a significant meaning in promoting basketball teaching and training and nurturing youth. It also indicates our countries'basketball leap a meaning step, which has a profound meaning. ;Holding a CBA—CUBA youth basketball competition is an useful sample to enhance the mixture of training and teaching, promote college and professional team sharing resource and break obstacles. It helps to exercise team, nurture new player and enhance their communication in order to train new players for our country's basketball industry;It is also the necessary way to establish a new basketball player nurturing system in the marketing economy. There are many research in basketball players'technique, mainly in the physical situation, tactics level, techniques in different post, but still no research on the competition situation of the CBA—CUBA youth basketball competition.On the condition of it, this article have made comprehensive research on the past three session of CBA—CUBA youth basketball competition with data research, chatting, analyzing video, statistics. Through collecting real and detailed first hand data, the author make a thorough research in hope that can give some reference to nurture new basketball players. Research result indicates:1. Competition system has founded, focus should be on urging more teams to taking part in communicatioin.2. From age, height, weight and Zach index, CBA youth team has bigger development space, thus it is the main way of training high level player. Basketball player in CUBA, because of their disadvantage in height, limit their developing speed, therefore, limit their aim of training more high level basketball player. 3. CBA has a low probability of shoot thus has a disadvantage in shoot probability, which illustrates CBA doesn't have rich experience and has a lower shooting probability in high strength competition. 4. The way CUBA getting score is more reasonable than the CBA and CUBA team is more mature than CBA. 5. CBA has an obvious advantage on height than CUBA, but it doesn't show apparently in wrench board, which indicates they are young in age, light in weight and lack of competition experience. In short, CBA has a low appetite at wrenching backboard, and few players in wrenching backboard; therefore they need a sufficient training of wrenching backboard especially the sense of wrenching backboard. 6. CBA lacks of fast break, makes high foul. Their main reason is improper position, inactive movement, overabundant hand action, incorrect and bad time cover action.
