Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The High Levei Men's Basketball Team Competition In Zhejiang Province Of CUBA

The purpose of this study is through literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field observation and other methods,based on the research the present situation of Zhejiang CUBA league division race,and find out the problems and the insufficiency.On the basis of the combination of sports management,study of sports and sports competitions related theory,the perspective of scientific research in the further study of these problems and the insufficiency launches the elaboration and analysis,and combination of some experts and scholars,a line of coaches and events organization staff interviews,further put forward for CUBA division race,the optimized plan for the present situation of Zhejiang improve policies and measures,which can make relevant personnel for the development of CUBA Zhejiang division competition level to form a more clear knowledge and understanding,for the subsequent related work to provide a theoretical reference and reference.At the same time,it also contributes to the overall development of high level basketball in Zhejiang University and the future construction of CUBA league.This study using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field observation and logic analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to CUBA to Zhejiang division the research of the current high level of men's basketball team competition,research conclusions are as follows:(1)Status of athletes: in terms of enrollment,ordinary high schools and traditional programs are the two main sources of athletes.In the field of origin,the proportion of local students is too high,while some provinces and cities with higher development level of traditional basketball are less.Age and education,the athletes of the overall age distribution presents a trend of "U" glyph,main age concentrated in 20,21,and 22 and 23 years,the four age's school-age on basic equal proportion of the old and new players,in the aspect of sports,there is a one-sided trend.The number of second-class athletes is much larger than that of the first-level athletes.In terms of enrollment form and preferential policies,sports training majors have a large number of students,but it has not reached an idealized level in terms of preferential policies.In education,there are a large number of sports training majors,and the majors of high-level athletes mainly focus on international trade,public affairs management and administration.In addition,athletes generally have low academic performance in cultural courses.(2)Status of coaches: in terms of age,mainly concentrated in the age of 36 to 45;Relatively reasonable;In terms of teaching style and years of teaching,it is mainly employed on the campus and lacks high-level external coaches,but the teaching years are relatively reasonable.In terms of academic qualification and professional title,master degree and bachelor degree are the main requirements.The title is mainly lecturers,generally low;In terms of learning and learning,the lack of high-level study abroad;In terms of treatment,coaches' satisfaction with their treatment is not ideal;In terms of sports experience,coaches generally lack the high level professional sports experience.(3)Status of training: in terms of training time,the overall training time is longer;In terms of training security,training funds are scarce,training subsidies are ideal,and specialized training venues and facilities are lacking.(4)Management status: in the aspect of management,the coach and the main management work need to be improved;In terms of fund management,the funds are of a single source and insufficient social support,and the related funds system needs to be improved.(5)Status of competition: in the form of competition,all four schools participated in the CUBA tournament and the college basketball championship of Zhejiang province,but there were differences between the number of personal games and the number of commercial competitions.At the level of competition,there are insufficient number of competitions and international competitions in four schools.Improve year by year in the national competition,Zhejiang university,Ningbo university results appear relatively steep decline,Zhejiang normal university and the Shaoxing should be further improve the level of its own comprehensive liberal arts college.(6)The present status of the CUBA Zhejiang division high level competition of men's basketball team face a problem mainly include: the athlete level needs to improve,needs to improve recruitment system,contradictions between athletes study,the school's incentive mechanism is not sound,the influence of single sources of funds,insufficient funds,few high level competition events,training scientific and professional level.Based on this,the following Suggestions are made:(1)Reform the enrollment system and broaden the selection channels.(2)Combine the introduction and promotion to optimize the team of coaches.(3)Improve the teaching and training management of the athletes,and alleviate the contradictions in training.(4)Improve the competition system and increase the frequency of matches.(5)Expand the financing channels for sports teams and increase the input of funds.
