The treatment of teachers and social status is showing a trend of steadily with the modernization of education and the implementation of the strategy through science and education. The teaching profession has been favored by the society, "hot teacher" is rapid warming. the number of people applying for the teacher professional rise substantially and the quality of students is improving which has become the landscape of the western college's admission. The reason is related to the protected employment of normal students and the stable career of teachers. However,the employment of normal students will also be market-oriented that is the same with the employment of non-normal students in the face of the continuing expansion of university and the continuing warming trend of "hot teacher".Because of continuous expansion of the normal university bring many normal students, the objective factors such as imbalance in the development of education and economy (urban and rural) in western region and the subjective reasons that higher career expectations of graduates will result in a structural unemployment which the number of normal students will be oversupply in urban but it is opposite in rural.So all levels of government, education administrative departments and normal university should be attached great importance and concern to it and take active countermeasures: At the macro aspects of developing "rural point to" education, the further improvement of the free education in normal students policy, setting up system mechanism in Normal University graduates to rural work, the encouragement of normal University graduates teaching in rural areas; at the middle aspects of optimizing and balancing urban and rural teachers resources,setting up special pay incentive system in the techers of the western rural areas, improving working conditions of teachers further, increasing the inputs of teachers'continuing education in western rural areas; At the micro aspects of establishing a correct professional values to themselves, strengthening its employment guidance and cultivating awareness of their existence, setting up their self-confidence of integration into the society.This paper is consists of four components which are the core concepts of the normal university graduates and theoretical basis,the questions of the existence of teacher in the western region,the analysis of employment in the western normal university graduates,the Study on Countermeasures of balancing supply and demand of graduates in urban and rural areas.
