Many science teaching staffs abroad and at home find: in order to improve all citizens'Science Literacy, we should do well in basic teaching, science lessons of primary schools, science and technology competition and popularizing science activities. While, there must be a primary science teacher procession with high quality for the job, and there is importance and necessity to train primary science teachers. Then, what is the actuality of primary science teacher training in China? What are the factors against teacher training? And how do we construct modes of primary science teacher training? Before, there were insufficiency for the problems. Penman will generally probe into them.Above all, after searching literature, penman briefly analyze current course of primary science curriculum reforming and primary science teachers'literacy; next, penman refer to a lot of literature datum and summarize actual modes of teacher training and sum up their tenor for this research; and also, I, on the spot, talk with the teaching and researching persons and full-time and part-time teachers of primary science from Chongqing, and investigate them by questionnaire, to know about the actualities of primary science teacher training. Lastly, modes of primary science teacher training, in setting of new curricula being put in practice teachers are constructed.Investigation shows,the current instances of the primary science teachers are intermingled at the good and bad, and the primary science curriculum reforming challenge them, and their capacity should be enhanced; the current tthe primary science teacher raining only starts, and the existing trainings in Chongqing are still formats of general"teaching and researching activities in City and District"and"special teaching and researching discussion in school"; the effects of the existing trainings are not satisfying, and the modes of primary science teacher training should be still improved and perfected.The result of investigation shows, the most difficulty in primary science teacher training is that the leaders of the department that charges education don't regarded it, and this embarrasses primary science teacher training at a great degree. Besides, the time and place of primary science teacher training, who to be charged, and estimating the effects of the existing trainings also embarrass it. In the primary science teacher training, the degree of the trainers and trainees participating has effect on training. Improving integrated literacy of the trainers and paying attention to the degree of the trainees participating are effective approaches to boost up the effect of training.Combining the investigation and analyse to the last fruits of researching teacher training abroad and at home, I put forward a primary-science-teacher-training mode of"leaning theories, training skills, experiencing practice, study a question for discussion and estimating & introspecting"under the background of the new curricula, namely under the direction of modern pedagogy and psychology, they should closely integrate primary science curriculum reforming and features of subject specialty to learn theories, and they develop all kinds of practicing activities by way of viewing and emulating primary science classroom, inquiring experiment and modern educational technology. At the same time, the primary science teachers should develop problem research to upgrade capacity of teaching according to their own teaching practice or problems in curriculum reforming. They also pay attention to evaluation and introspection between themselves, and usually estimate trainees by many modes and with the system of"four-class evaluating", so they can know about themselves and specialty activities and pullulate.
