| Teacher's curriculum leadership abroad in the eighties of the last century,in China it is a new research field that the new curriculum reform put forward.With the deepening of the curriculum reform, Teacher's curriculum leadership is increasingly concerned about the vast number of education researchers.The article first hackles the study production of curriclum lead all around domestic and overseas. On the base of it, we have a clearly defined to teacher's curriculum leadership and the basic theory of teachers in urriculum leadership.In analyzing the literature on the basis of teacher's curriculum leadership ,we found that there are a lot of problems, teachers do not implement the curriculum leadership in the school education and teaching activities.we analyzed the causes of this phenomenon, pointing out the plight of teacher's curriculum leadership and put forward effective strategy for teachers's curriculum leadership .Finally, I reflect a concept -teacher's leadership in curriculum that based on the reflection of the leadership strategy, with the aim to have the more reacher .The thesis consists of five parts.part one:mainly introducing the study background ,the study intention and means, the study methods and the study meanings.The second part is the theoretical basis of teacher's curriculum leadership, the reacher in China has a short time ,so we try to find out the deeper things.The third part ,we analyzed the probloms and analyzed the causes of this phenomenon,pointing out that in the actual ,the teacher's curriculum leadership is lack of teaching and learning activities, we need to promote the views of teacher's curriculum leadership.The fourth part is the strategy research for the teacher how to promote curriculum leadership,and the most importance is promoting the tercher's awareness and strengthen the capacity.Finally, I propose a concept of teacher's leadership in curriculum,hoping to initiate courses to all teachers to study leadership.
