| School physical education always cause wide attention of Chinese specialists and scholars as one of the important content in school basic education,In October 2000,The Ministry of Education has promulgated the instructional program of PE and health in junior middle school of nine-year compulsory education。By the next year PE and health has been experimentizing in 38 state-level National of middle and primary laboratory area and gradually extending,At the same time,the smooth convocation of Beijing Olympics has even more infused new life into China's sports. China has wide range territory and a great variety of peoples, the significant difference in geography,ecology and climate led to the disequilibrium of the economic and cultural development of different regions, therefore the development about Chinese school of physical education in the eastern and western region demonstrate uneven situation. As a result,there is futher significance of analyzing and comparing the school PE of junior middle school between cities.The article surveyed the situation about teachers,teaching, implementation of PE and health,teaching administration of school physical education on junior secondary school physical culture of Han nationality between Urumqi and Hangzhou city. the results showed that:(1)school PE of junior high school between cities have presented a situation of fast and stable development and have separate features and advantages;(2)formalization are already a serious problem in extra-curricular physical activity and training of junior high schools between cities;(3) the gender of sports teachers between cities is reasonable,Urumqi city junior high school sports teachers are of lower academic degree and titles,as well as lack of the level of scientific research,and the phenomenon of teachers aging is serious, Hangzhou city junior high school PE teachers have the problem of work pressure and poorer school salary;(4)it increases the difficulty to the smoothly carrying out of'sunshine sports'and'big break'as a result of negative experience for the students in these two cities about physical education teaching;(5) both cities exist varying degrees of lacking of equipment as well as space phenonmenon.current situation is analysed and corresponding coutermeasures is carried out that Urumqi city junior high school need to attract funds for the construction of sports infrastructure by multi-channeland multi-way, offer PE education of national characteristics to alleviate the conflict about the shortage of hardware facilities, Hangzhou city junior high school should by means of opening venue to increase income,thereby improving the school grounds equipment; raise the proportion of teachers on the strength between cities,increase the quota of female teachers, Hangzhou city junior high school should by way of adjustmenting sessional allowance and post allowance to rise PE teachers treatment, exotic teachers should make great efforts to melt into local environment and culture,appropriately exercise the teacher-student relation, Urumqi city junior high school should take the scientific research of PE teachers as an important condition for professional titles and other award and competition,rationally readjust the teachers age structure; Hangzhou city junior secondry school should enhance the effort of implementation of"big break"and"sunshine sports",promote the systematization of school amateur training corps, Urumqi city junior middle school shouled enrich the project of school extracurricular team.To sum up the above arguments, school PE of junior high school between cities have presented a situation of good development,at the same time,there are also significant differences, especially in the hardware level of facilities and teachers,Urumqi city junior middle school should more to be strengthened, the sports cultural factor of Hangzhou city junior high school is weakness, therefore,only by improving and developing continuously can both driving the development of local school sports. |
