A Research On Problems And Countermeasures In In-service Teacher Education At Senior High School

With China's education development, quality education has been carried out for a long time, The new curriculum reform is developing nationwide in education. It is in an important period of education development in our country. Whether the reform can success and whether education can get good development, to a great extent, depends on the teachers, therefore, it has very important significance for education to improve the integrated quality of teachers by strengthening teachers'training.This paper mainly took the city Xinyu which is in Jiangxi province as an example, through the main form of questionnaire and interviews, some high school teachers and some secondary school education department leaders, the teacher training agency were surveyed and interviewed. The current high school teachers'training attitude, the training content, form, training approach, training pattern, the training time, training effect condition assessment, training institutes were all investigated. using the survey data combined with the situation of the interview, I had a full understanding of the current situation of the implementation of the teacher training and found the main problems existing in the training, than provided some solutions of the problems.The results of the analysis shows that the relevant departments at all levels and individual teachers'attitude is good for the training at present, they can organize or involved actively in teacher training. There are more training ways, training types and training content, but there are still a lot of problems in the training, such as a serious shortage of funds, the less state appropriations, the heavy burden of school; The training content separated from education practice The training mode is mainly on the teachers though there are some other ways, training effect is poor; Time is insufficient or arrangement is unreasonable, there is no good solution to solve the conflict between study and work time; Training institutions are not perfect in many ways, and training ability should be improved; Lack of scientific, perfect training evaluation mechanism and supervision mechanism effected the sense of responsibility of all the training departments.Aiming at the problems existing in the teachers'training, I put forward some solving countermeasures combined with the actual situation of teaching. Set up related laws on teacher training, legalize teacher training; Establish the teacher training funds safeguard system; Strengthen the practicability and effectiveness of training content; Arrange the time of teacher training reasonably, provide time guarantee; Establish and perfect the supervision of the teacher training mechanism and evaluation mechanism; Strengthen the construction of the training organization, improve training quality.
