New teachers' adaptation level in the newly-service will be far-reaching impact on their professional development orientation and attitudes. Particularly the teaching situation in the first year will greatly affect their teaching performance levels, the teaching behavior, teaching attitude, will affect the entire business career persisting for several years, will also affect whether new teachers to stage. New teachers' frustration and failure in their newly-service stage may lead their leaving the posts. Number of new teachers' leaving their posts lead another group of newly teachers, which cause students to remain in the stages adaptation of the newly teachers, affecting teaching quality and students' life development, affecting the overall development of education. There, induction of new teachers' adaptation in their newly-service stage worthy of study. How to effectively guide the entry of new teachers must be resolved.This paper, taking research, use data from 50 newly-service teachers from key schools, public, private schools in Datong Shanxi province. Through a survey on 50 new teachers, the paper described the basic adaptation situation of new teachers in the newly-service stage. The paper use literature, questionnaire, interview, comparison and other methods to described newly-service teachers' adaptation status, influencing factors, analyzed and round problems, and provide a reference for newly-service teachers to through the newly-service stage smoothly.The thesis consists of four parts.Part one, introduction. The main topics of this research, reason and meaning, on the basic of sorting out relevant research literature review, determine own research.Part two, Through the questionnaire from 50 newly-service teachers from kinds of schools, analysis the newly teachers current adaptation situation in the newly-service stage from teaching, interpersonal relationships. Through interviews with a number of old teachers to compare the adaptation of the old and new teachers, learn about what not meet the conditions of new teachers especially. The paper summarized the main factors from the new teachers themselves, school environmental factors and social and other support factors.Part three, recommendations. For new teachers to meet the initial entry level in the present situation of the feasibility of the proposal, the operational capacity of teaching as a guide, to improve new teacher support and understanding of family, social education institutions and schools work together to build a new school-teacher training center platform.Part four, Conclusion.
