Strategies Research On Using Educational Technology To Promote Higher Education Resources Equity

With the requirements of democratization of higher education, higher education must be fair. Educational Equity has become the theme of our country's higher education, and higher education equity is a much complicated matter which consists of two sides and three levels. The popularization of higher education in China has enhanced the equity at the quantity level, and it also brings about several new critical issues. The educational qualitative quality has become the first problem faced by universities.The are many factors influencing higher education equity, but the lack of higher education resources is the primary reason, especially the lack of excellent resources. The serious shortage of existing resource in our country have already affected the higher education quality, as well as the inequality between universities and inter-district. After enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the original higher education resources have be diluted. The unfair of higher education resources will be more outstanding and particularly bring a lot of negative influence to higher education.With the characteristics of modern information technologies, educational technology aimed at resolving educational problems. In this paper, we will implement research on higher education resource equity and bring forward some educational technology suggestions. Firstly, we analyze the present situation of higher education teaching resources and information resources. Secondly, we discuss the educational technology on their functions of optimizing higher educational resources. Finally, we put forward some measures based on educational technology to promote higher education resources equity, such as excavating outstanding teacher resources, sharing curriculum resources with the educational technology, promoting college students' studying by using distance education, and soon.
