Study On Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneuria Propensity By Empirical Research In College Student Of Changsha

The present of economic globalization and new economic times has provided good opportunities for starting an enterprising. And entrepreneurship activities have been an essential part of economy in today's world. Formerly the related undertakings' researches have mostly centered the attention into the successful gains of undertaking resources as well as the value creation, only few to involve the tendency researches at the front end of undertakings. It will be helpful to deepen the exploration of developing and promoting the university students' innovative undertaking in studying its undertaking tendencies.Main purposes of the Paper are to discover the elements that influence the undertaking tendencies of university students; on which foundation to further explore the relationship between these and entrepreneurial propensity among students in universities of China. With the qualitative date and quantitative questionnaire survey altogether, and the questionnaire survey and case interview about students' awareness of entrepreneurship conducted by colleges in Chang sha City, the study of this paper has reflected the status quo of the development of the entrepreneurship awareness and analyzed the external factors which affect their entrepreneurship activities. Further more, the paper has proposed countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote college students' healthy entrepreneurial activity and improve students' awareness and capacity to innovate independently.This research will come to the following conclusions :(1) In the angle of family and individual situation, factors such as parents' occupation, students' fresh source area, the personal experiences, students' professions and the sex are forwardly being related with university students' undertaking manners in our country.(2) From the angle of school, factors such as its encouragements, its cultural atmosphere of undertaking actions, its undertaking instructions and its undertaking practices are also forwardly related with college students' undertaking attitudes. Generally speaking, the students from the diversified patterns of undertaking education, the better undertaking atmospheres, higher attentions on the undertaking would bear better undertaking manners.(3) Social factors such as the same generation groups, mass Medias and social resources are being related with college students' entrepreneurial attitudes obviously.Ultimately, Draw three conclusions from the above the main results of this paper: entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial behavior is positively related to the tendency...
