This study by literature review, open questionnaire and in-depth interviews and discussed in experts are put forward on the basis of university students pioneering work mental models of theoretical conception. The students in business mental models refers to college students learning and explore process, gradually formed about self and business knowledge and experience, knowledge and experience with formation of their choice venture the incident "explain", thus making basic judgment, drive yourself to make a final choice and the actual execution. Entrepreneurial In order to verify our proposed self-business initiation mental models, we again by large open questionnaire and interview large amounts of university entrepreneurs, and based on this, compiled the university students pioneering work mental models questionnaire surveys. The second level involves eight dimension. Among them, the cognitive system startup by college students pioneering consciousness and entrepreneurial environment cognitive two dimensions constitutes; Entrepreneurial motivation system consists of entrepreneurial motivation, business interests and entrepreneurial effectiveness three dimensions constitutes; By innovative and entrepreneurial behavior intention for sex two dimensions constitutes dare.(2)Selected a try on 630 university students were conducted to the questionnaire surveys and explorative factor analysis and questionnaire with high quality analysis formed after the formal letter and validity of the questionnaire. In innovation inclination has scored above boys and girls, and significant difference in their awareness and business performance of entrepreneurial motivation, no significant differences.(4) From the countryside of college students in innovation tendency, cognitive and entrepreneurial interest entrepreneurship environment of college students scores higher than town, there are significant differences.(5)The western colleges in poineering environment cognition, entrepreneurial interest, innovation tendency and entrepreneurial cognitive points were higher than the average of all questionnaires, and eastern colleges pioneering consciousness and dare to sex, the eastern universities in western universities scored above and have significant differences.(6)In poineering environment in sports, college students cognitive art is significantly higher than the average of all other major, and reached significant difference; In the pioneering consciousness, the college students scores of economy and higher than other professional college students, which has obvious difference; In the business performance of economy of college students, the history class and scored above the college students, and science &engineering students scores of literature and art college student, less than sports significant difference; In innovation tendency of college students, sports in art history, science and engineering, the higher medical and humanities college students, and to achieve such a significant difference.(7)Receied education of college students in a venture business all dimensions of mental mould questionnaire survey and total questionnaire, points scored significantly higher education never accepted the entrepreneurial students, received entrepreneurship education is to whether students in business have significant influence.(8) Have entrepreneurial experience of college students in the business of each dimension, mental mould questionnaire survey and total questionnaire points scored considerably higher than no entrepreneurial experience of college students, the differences are very significant.
