| With the reform and opening-up policy deepening, the intensifying of social competition, and the expansion of university, university students have more and more severe psychological stress and their Psychological crisis increased gradually. So currently it is Significant to strengthen the construction of university students' psychological archive system.This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey methods to study. It is divided into five parts.(1) The first part is Foreword. It briefly stated background and significance of the study, review of study on the construction of student's psychological archive, and basic research ideas of the study.(2) The second part discussed this construction of university students' psychological archive comprehensively and meticulously from the concept , characteristics, classification, performance, and the results may have carried out. Comparisons between several university students' psychological archive system have been carried out.(3) The third part discussed the designing of the construction of university student's psychological archive system, based on the network environment. Focus on its designing aim, the research show the function of the system. All subjects discussed is on the guide of the theory of psychology, archive management and information management.(4) The Fourth part is the last part. It indicates the lack of the research, including the discussion about perfecting of the system and how to spread the system.
