In late 20^th century,since the enrollment increase and people's growing need of higher education,most secondary schools of university began to cooperate with enterprise.Thus,independent schools with Chinese characteristics emerged.During the development progress of independent college,lack of experience and teachers cause the manage imitation of its maternal university.Maternal university has a long history and systematic way of management,thus,its archive system is complete and utilization of archive is efficient,the goal of archival resources construction is clear too.On the contrary,since the indistinct of independent college's goal and method,lack of fund and unsystematic management,the chaos of archive formation,primitive way of management and unscientific saving measure of independent college occurs,this leads the progress of archival resource construction is still ground zero.It has a great meaning for the transformation and development of independent college to have a right cognation on problems of its archival resources construction and use a scientific way to build effectively on archival resources.This article starts from the existing archival resources of independent college,through its culture and the relationship between its archive formation and its history to analyze the situation of its archival resources construction and why the situation forms.While in order to understand the structure of independent college's archive in Yunnan province and the condition of its archival resources construction,I picked 3 typical independent colleges in Yunnan province as subjects to study by field investigation.Using this method to analyze independent college's archival resources,and understand the location and function in its working progress and transformation.Then use this understanding to compare with the condition of maternal university's archival resources construction,and depend on comparison outcome to propose suitable suggestions and views on archival resources construction of independent colleges in Yunnan province.Hope these suggestions can be used as a reference for the construction of independent college's archival resources in Yunnan province.
