Research On The Training Mode Of Order Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the adjustment of the industrial structure,the demand for high skilled personnel is becoming higher and higher,and the graduates of higher vocational colleges can not adapt to the requirements of the enterprises.Therefore,many higher vocational colleges have begun to explore new talents training mode.The "order form" talent training mode is a new mode of personnel training to meet the needs of social development and enterprise needs.The training mode of "order type" is in line with the requirements of the training goal of higher vocational education.It has made the vocational colleges improve the quality of training the skill type talents,realized the sustainable development of the school,trained the large batch of talents for the enterprises,and strengthened the talent team of the enterprises.This new mode of personnel training has gradually been recognized by many vocational colleges and employing units.The "order" talent training mode refers to the signing of an agreement between the employer(enterprise)and the training unit(school),giving full play to the advantages of the educational resources of both sides,jointly formulating a talent training plan and participating in the training process and management of the talents,and organizing the education mode of the students' employment according to the agreement.The training mode of the order type talents has many connotations,such as defining the rights and obligations of the two sides of the school and enterprise,determining the number and standard of the training of talents,setting up the curriculum and teaching content,the appointed management system and the evaluation method.On the basis of the government's continuous optimization of the policy environment,schools,enterprises and students should give full play to the dynamic,dominant and main roles on the basis of the government's continuous optimization of the policy environment.This research is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly studies the background and significance of the research,the core concept,the research status,the research methods and the innovation.The second chapter is the theoretical research on the training mode of order talents in higher vocational colleges,including its theoretical basis,connotation and characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and the process of implementation.The third chapter,through the method of questionnaire and interview,makes a case study on the training mode of "order" talents in a higher vocational college in Hebei Province,and summarizes and analyzes the results,the problems and the causes of the problems in the implementation process.The fourth chapter puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three levels of government,school and enterprise according to the problems in the "order form" talent training mode.
