A new round of reform about basic education refer that classroom teaching should promote students' life growth, so teachers must have correct value concept concerning teaching and human nature, the attitude, way, means, procedure of teaching should conform to moral. Therefore, this paper has studied teachers' classroom teaching ethics on the basis of the new reform of curriculum, not only enhancing teachers' morals sense, implementing occupation obligation; but also redounding to students' growth, improve teaching quality, form healthy education environment and morals atmosphere. Focused on this topic, the followings are under discussion:The new reform of curriculum sparkplug "humanism concerning", and pay attention to the person's life value, but traditional teaching deviated from the tropism of "people oriented". Then this thesis begin with the concept of the new curriculum, ethically introspect tradition teaching behavior, and deepen ethic meaning of new curriculum, put forward the ethical principle that teachers need to be followed when teaching. Take into a distinction to the related concept on "ethic", "moral", "teachers' professional ethics "...etc. under this background, pointing out that classroom teaching ethic mainly study the teacher should possess what kind of thought, emotion, attitude and behavior to teaching, and faced with various ethical issues, the teacher should make a choice that conform to ethic requirements.Through reviewing the research results, it can be found that the research about teaching ethical problem is a weak link , the majority of studies were limited to theoretical description, and short of the substantial evidence. Therefore, chapter2,the study tries to explore teaching ethical awareness and behavior from primary andJunior high school in the form of question-and-answer investigation to some teachers, including a series of five levels of questions: the teachers' understanding of the concept of the new curriculum, the teachers' classroom appearance, the teachers' classroom language, and the teachers' teaching democracy, fair etc. The results drawn from the survey is the teachers have several unethical behavior, I also find that the teachers' self-evaluation and evaluation of students have differences.In allusion to the problems, from both inside and outside the thesis provides the teachers ought to be the status and ethical norms, with a view to eliminating and reducing the teachers' unethical behavior, improving the students' life quality. Chapter 3 of the thesis discusses outside representation on teaching ethic that the ethical norms of teachers' appearance, language. The teachers only strictly regulate their own appearance, language behavior, then they can leave fine teaching image for student in the classroom, thereby encouraging the development of physical and mental health of students . Teachers also should follow the internal ethic standard of teaching process, namely teaching justice and democracy. Chapter 4 of the thesis focused on the concrete manifestation of the teachers' justice and democracy in the classroom.For the study of classroom teaching ethic, the aim is make each primary and junior high school teacher re- examine their own teaching behavior, Bring it in line with ethics norm and individual development request, then make classroom teaching optimized and full of vitality.
