Basic education is the basis of the national education system.Improving the quality of people and personnel training is its target.The basic quality of each person are formed in this phase. Basic education lays a solid foundation for all types of personnel training,and makes great contribution to the development and progress of society. Classroom teaching is the microscopic field of basic education. The level of teaching quality for the overall development of primary and secondary students is important. This requires that teachers need to have the right values. Their attitudes and ways of teaching should be ethical spirit.In the present stage,basic education refers to the primary school and the junior high school. Narrow sense,refers specifically to nine-year compulsory education,and in broad terms also includes family education and necessary social life education. Some people fell that basic education includes high school education. However,high school education is not universal. In fact, high school education is not basic education. This article includes the nine-year compulsory school education.Contemporary society has entered the"human age".Personal values are referred to an unprecedented level. As the basic education of individual training,it is more emphasis on students"human care",and promotes the holistic development of students. However,in the classroom practice,the phenomenon of teacher behaviors do not compliant the ethical norms is common. By combing the existing research results,I found empirical investigation and analysis are less. This article analyzes the reasons of the unethical behaviors of teachers,proposes a solution,and makes the teacher behaviors compliant the teaching ethical.From the ethical point of view,the first chapter analyzes the content of classroom teaching behavior,and classifies the code of ethics of teachers. Because teacher awareness guides teacher behaviors,the second chapter does a ethics survey of teachers,and masters the current status of teachers in the classroom ethics. In the third chapter,from the cultural,institutional and individual three levels,analysis the reasons of the problem. Chapter IV proposes the methods to make the teacher behaviors be consistent with the teaching ethical.
