On Ethno-Natioanl Harmony Development Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Since the constructing for harmonious socialism society was proposed in the 4th plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC in 2004, the"harmony"has been hot in academic circles. The ethnic group harmonious development is a new subject in national theory academic circles. Therefore, it is meaningful to research development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region connecting with the theory of ethnic harmony development for constructing the harmonious society and improving the level of the ethnic development.the article pointed out, ethnic groups harmony is the healthy and prosperous situation of different ethnic groups and ethnic group—self society. there are some common factors between the ethnic groups harmony and the development of ethnic groups harmony,but they are different in essence, the latter is development. The ethnic harmony development is the development of different ethnic groups, the ethnic group—self society, ethnic economy, the ethnic groups and their natural environment.According to the above ideas and the theory of social indicators, the article built up a set system of ethnic harmony development, then measured five autonomous regions in our country and recognized the position of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in them. Guangxi is some better than the other four autonomous regions, especially in the relation between ethnic groups, the ethnic groups and their natural environment, but in the ethnic economy and the ethnic group—self society, Guangxi is less than others autonomous regions, in order to improving Guangxi's level of the ethnic harmony development, the article puts forward some advance, such as strengthening the protection of environment, improving Guangxi's economy.
