Research On Women's Recreational Sports In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

The aim of the study was to analyze women's recreational sport in Guangxi autonomouns region.1276 women in Nanning,Guilin,Yulin of Guangxi autonomouns region were investigated under the method of literature,investigation,inteview,statistics and other mathematical methods.It analyzed the rate of these people paticipation in recreational sport,their leisure activities,different recreational sport activites,ways,purpoes and constraints,consumptions on recreational sport.The results indicate that the rate of womens'recreational sport in Guangxi was low.There were 305 women took part in recreational sport.Vigorously walks,pingpong,badminton, shuttlecock,taiji softball,running,bicycle,dancing were the sports which they paticipated frequently.The characteristics of these sports were casual,peaceful and full of recreation.The constraints on recreational sports of Guanggxi female participants.Lack of time,sports field and have no interests were the main constraints.Construct Guangxi regional characteristics of women's recreational sport based on natural enviroment,social cultural enviroment and minority charateristics in Guangxi were feasible.It can concentrating forces to advance follwing 9 receational sport activities:badminton, balloon volleyball,climbing,swimming,dancing,bicycle,balls of silk strips,dance with a bamboo and board-shoe games.In view of above analysis,put forward the following suggestions: 1.Promote the female's self- consciousness on leisure,search for the opportunities to take part in leisure activities.2.Pursue healty life style- recreational sport,propagandize the value of recreational sport.3.Increase more female's recreational activites and games,highlight the local Characteristics and emphasize female feature in recreational sports.4.Strengthen the development and manegement of the stadiums,let the women increase the utilization of stadiums,improving sports facilities.5.Take 9 recrational sports in priority through local government, enterprise and college.6.Design women's recreational sport and organizing games,7.Provide personalized,standardized and integrated high quality services.
