Teacher's practical knowledge means the individual views and creation which the teacher accumulates in the long teaching period by the ways of reflecting, realizing and practicing. It is on the background of practitioner's life history (including learning experience as a learner, practical experience as a teacher, important others and essential events). It leads the teacher's teaching behaviors. It is the key of teacher's professional development and teachers'personal development.For a long time, educational theorists and the teachers haven't paid enough attention to teacher's practical knowledge. This research is based on systemic hackling of the teacher's practical knowledge research. This research adopts preliminary research method. The researcher enter into teacher's teaching practice, discovering teacher's practical knowledge and its development ways through deep understanding to the daily teaching practice and teaching life. We hope this research can provide a view to analyze their practical knowledge, and provide teachers'practical knowledge development to other teachers.This paper includes four parts:The Chapter One: We expatiates the background of the problem. We propose the purpose and the meaning of the research. Then, we discourse upon the methods of the research, expatiate the implementing process and considering the ethic of the research.The Chapter Two: We refreshes the old research on teacher's practical knowledge, and find the fundamental point of the research.. Then, we preliminarily propose the connotation of teacher's practical knowledge on the base of analysis on practice, knowledge and the related concepts.The Chapter Three: According to the materials which the researcher collected, we discover the practical knowledge of teacher Chi from teaching aims, teaching methods, teaching contents, teaching management, the using of teaching language and the students.The Chapter Four: We investigate the teacher's practical knowledge development methods from the aspect of teacher through deep analysis on teacher Chi's practical knowledge. The methods are analyzing individual life history, reflecting teaching practice experience, teachers'cooperation and intercommunion, teacher's advanced studies and trainings.
