Along with the common development of the society, the development of peoples’ thought is been concerned, and the ideological and political education about college students is attached more and more importance form the party and the country. Ideological and political theory course is “the main land” of the ideological and political education of college students, so teachers of Ideological and political theory course undertake the main task of Ideological and political education to College Students. Therefore, teachers should improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course and which has become the important subject in theoretical circle. Under the new situation, the reasonable development and effective use of resources is the important foundation of improving the teaching effect. But in the actual situation, teachers still have some problems in the process of development and utilization of teaching resources, which impact the effect of education. Seen from the relationship of development and utilization of resources, the utilization of resources must take development as the premise. Only the developed resources can be put into used. Hence, this article mainly resources development problem from four aspects.In the first place, the basic theory of Ideological and political theory course teaching resources’ development. Firstly I analyze the meaning of ideological and political theory courses’ teaching resources, by which we understand the ideological and political theory course teaching resources’ development from the most basic level. And then I explain the characteristics of the ideological and political theory course teaching resources’ development. This part is mainly to describe to the basic theory that is the matting of the following content.In the second, I analysis the teacher factors of Ideological and political theory course teaching resources’ development. First of all, the article analyses the development favorable conditions as a teacher of the Ideological and political theory courses.And then analyses the specific process of development resources, and lastly shows the research significance of teachers’ factors.In the third part, the article analyses the current situation of teachers developing resources. Firstly, describes the research methods used in this article, and it mainly adopts the method of questionnaire. And has carried on the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire, in which we can find developing resources’ problem from teachers.At last part, to explore the strategy of teaching resources development of teachers of Ideological and political theory course. Mainly conclude improving resource development awareness; clearing the principles of development; enriching the content and methods of the development; optimizing development channels and so on.
