As the saying goes,only when teachers of ideological and political theory have affinity can students identify with and practice the knowledge of ideological and political theory.Teacher affinity is a key factor in the innovative development of ideological and political theory teaching.In recent years,the affinity of ideological and political theory course teachers is still an important factor restricting the teaching quality of ideological and political theory course.To explore how to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory teachers so that students can get close to teachers,trust teachers and identify with teachers is a new subject and a comprehensive challenge for all ideological and political theory teachers and researchers.Sensitivity evaluation based on students as the focus,on the basis of related literature review,combined with the ideological and political education,ideological and political education,psychology and related theory of ideological and political theory course teachers affinity elements,the ideological and political theory course teachers include teaching affinity of warmth and enthusiasm,the discourse system of profound knowledge accomplishment,vivid image,proper teaching methods,attitude and elegant image of the affinity.In clarifying the connotation and constituent elements of the ideological and political theory course teachers,on the basis of the affinity in ideological and political theory course teachers elements as an index,the ideological and political theory class teachers affinity status questionnaire design,from two aspects:students and teachers of the objective analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political theory course teachers affinity,through analysis,the current ideological and political theory course teachers' affinity is mainly the following four aspects of problems:first,the teaching content of pertinence is not strong;Second,the teaching method is unitary;Third,teachers and students lack of emotional communication;Fourthly,teaching discourse lacks appeal.On the whole,there is a gap between teachers' affinity and students'expectation.Based on Marx's human theory,psychology,theory of teacher development,Xi Jinping's moral education thought,further in-depth analysis the influence of ideological and political theory course teachers affinity is mainly lack of their self-cultivation,schools,students' own existence problems related to the system is not perfect,the influence of bad social atmosphere Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the affinity of ideological and political theory teachers from four aspects:strengthening teachers' self-cultivation,promoting the teaching reform of ideological and political theory course,building a benign interactive teacher-student relationship,and improving the construction of the guarantee mechanism for teachersThe research methods of this paper are literature analysis,systematic analysis,empirical investigation and research.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the affinity of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities are obtained.The innovation of this paper lies in the focus on students' sensitivity evaluation,through the establishment of a questionnaire survey to analyze the current ideological and political theory teachers affinity problems and put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,more targeted and timely.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems of teachers' affinity from the systematic dimension,and puts forward more comprehensive and reasonable countermeasures.
