The Study On Actuality And Countermeasure Of Traditional Basketball School In Gansu Province

Basketball Traditional School is the perfect combination of competitive sports and School Sport, which could cultivate an excellent all-round development of basketball talent and create a good cultural atmosphere of the school basketball by using the educational resources and school platform edge. This is of great significance on cultivating of basketball reserve talents and improving the level of the basketball.Through there are plenty research about the cultivating of sports reserve talents, the study of Basketball Traditional School of Gansu is blank. Based on the basic position of Traditional School on the cultivating of sports reserve talents, investigating the overall effect and existed problem in the development of it will have an important impact on the development of competitive sports and masses sports of Gansu. Therefore, this study investigate the status in quo of Basketball Traditional School of Gansu and analysis of the main impact factors on its development, in order to provide some reference for the sustainable development of Basketball Traditional School of Gansu.This text consider 19 Basketball Traditional Schools of Gansu as the research object and investigate the status in quo of them by using the documents and materials, investigate on the spot, interview, investigation method of the questionnaire, the statistic law of mathematics and physics, logic analytic, and so on. Then we analysis the main problems and restricted reasons and provide advices and countermeasures for the healthy development of Basketball Traditional Schools of Gansu.The results showed that the main existed problems are: (1) the overall level of Basketball Traditional School is not high enough and the layout is not reasonable enough; (2) Management is not in place, clear and in a single operating mode; (3) Shortage of funds, financing channel single; (4) the number for taking part in high level competition is small and the development space of athletes is narrow; (5) the scientificity of athlete selection is not high enough; (6) Lack of policies and regulations guiding.Aimed at the problem of Basketball Traditional School in Gansu province, we put forward the development countermeasure: Firstly, definite school-running guidance thought, and feasible play the predominance of"teaching and training combination"; Secondly, strengthen the coach training, perfect the coach management system and enhance the science level of amateur training; Thirdly, perfect the scientific of selection, constitute logical and feasible training program. Fourthly, broaden financing channel and try the diversification operation model. Finally, perfect the laws and policies of Traditional Sports School and the management system of competition, and constitute a new competition platform.
