various schools attach great importance to the attitude of the traditional school of applying handball,but its operation mode is mainly independent of the school.Each school has a better budget,but the source of funding depends entirely on government and school input,and the lack of social channels is a source of funding.(3)the school-level handball team is small,and the proportion of players is low;The overall sports training level and the competition structure are relatively good,but there are some schools that have not built the class,the team of the grade handball movement,and the single problem of the transmission channel of talent;Coaches of gender,age,title,the proportion of fixed number of year of the charge is reasonable,but fewer education and training of the coaches,training handball.For handball traditional project schools to establish and perfect the development of the administrative management system,including the development of specific purposes,goals,standards,procedures and other measures in detail,and its regulation,assessment of the handball traditional project schools,improve the quality of the development of suzhou handball traditional project schools;(2)appropriately expand the scale of the traditional project school of handball and create a favorable atmosphere for the development of handball;To fill in the lack of "high school" in the talent training echelon,so as to establish "primary school--middle school--high school" to cultivate the channels of communication between layers of cloth and connecting.(3)the
