Beijing is the capital of our country, bearing the important task in political, economic and cultural core and its unique political and economic position provides the development opportunity to the development of basketball. Although shougang basketball in the Chinese basketball professional league won four years three champions league good grades, shougang team also won the women’s professional basketball league championship in 2012, but in the 12th national games in liaoning, women’s basketball team failed to qualify, men’s basketball team has only 7th, 2,3 team skills huge disparity is very difficult to step into the first team, develop foreign aid to cover domestic players club, Beijing players very little proportion in the national team, low quality of all of the players, backup talent cultivation is poor. This paper takes the Beijing basketball reserve personnel training mode as the research object, using the methods of documentary, questionnaire, expert interview method, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, background for Beijing basketball reserve personnel training mode transformation and the development of the research and exploration, provide reference for the development of basketball sports in Beijing.Research conclusions are as follows:1, from the origin, the old mode cannot adapt to new political and economic development, the basketball reserve personnel training mode transition should have order, the emergence of the new model is determined by the society background. But for now, mixture can not provide the the basketball reserve talented person in Beijing, not solve the contradictions between learning and training mode and three all have certain disadvantages, management mechanism is not clear, the basketball reserve talented person output is also imperfect.2, Beijing basketball reserve personnel training mode existing problems are:the contradictions between "learning" is still relatively prominent; Body with education mode operation is poor; Means and training plan, training environment and facilities lack, coaches, less chance to participate in business training, lack of funding, income generation approach is relatively single.3, in the difficult circumstances, system development training mode gradually change, by reducing the contradictions between "learning", strengthen the reserve talented person’s cultural learning; Expand multi-channel, multi-level and diversification, the cultivation of multiple participation channel, change training mode; Strengthen coaches training work, improve the level of coaches; Expand the channels of funding sources, optimizing training conditions; To improve the overall culture quality players.
