On The Cultivation Of College Students' Volunteerism

In the strategic background of the harmonious society, volunteer service with the new tasks and requirements. "College Students' volunteerism "—the topic has aroused widespread concern in the education sector at first. Study the cultivation of the spirit of volunteerism has some practical significance, it can help the college students improve their own quality, at the same time it can also help expand research content to the management of ideological and political education, and it can promote the construction of harmonious campus effectively.This paper starts with the theoretic of the volunteerism, consults the extensive document, generalizes the meaning and characteristics of the volunteer service, describes the significance of the topic. Analyze the theoretical value of cultivation of college students' volunteerism from the necessity and possibility .And carried on questionnaires survey in five universities in Dalian and Harbin, summarizes the current situation of the students' volunteer Service and the cultivation of volunteerism based on the content, obtains the problems, and analyzed the reasons from three aspects:college students,school,society and family. Finally, based on the real diagnosis data, proposed the main improvements and the measures for the cultivation of college students' volunteerism . Firstly, consolidate the school main body status, including that strengthen the management of student organizations, enhances the quality of teacher team,form the volunteer service culture;Secondly,improve the colleges and universities humanistic environment, including that school education associate with the family education, enhance the cultivation of the public spirit,enrich the content of the ideological and political education,assist the students with their self—perfect and development;The last but not the least,perfect the school cultivation mechanism of volunteerism,including organization mechanism,encouragement mechanism and indemnification mechanism.
