Research On Cultivation Of College Students' Volunteerism

Since 1994,after the establishment of the China Youth Volunteer Association,voluntary service activities in various industries in various regions have flourished.As the backbone of voluntary service,college students,while caring for others and contributing to society,Showing the good quality of hard work,selflessness,bravery,friendliness,etc.,There is a high degree of consistency with the voluntary spirit of "dedication,fraternity,mutual assistance and progress".The spirit of volunteerism embodies the core values of volunteerism,As a new carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the cultivation of college students ' volunteer Spirit Not only can exercise the social practice ability of college students,Arouse the passion of college students to participate in volunteer service activities,To enhance the comprehensive quality of the individual,It can also promote the active dissemination of the spiritual kernel and cultural knowledge of volunteer practice to the whole society by college students ' volunteers.We should further understand and practice the core values of socialism.The author uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,Innovation focuses on the "path" of cultivating college students' volunteerism,In this paper,several cases of voluntary service in Xihua University are used to analyze the present situation of the cultivation of college students' volunteerism,At the same time,it is proposed that carrying forward the campus voluntary culture can make use of "Yi Class" to establish the voluntary service community of college students in various colleges and universities,Gather the spirit of network volunteerism.The author combines literature and empirical research,In addition to the introduction is divided into four parts the article:First of all,the connotation of voluntary spirit and college students,Make a concrete definition and explanation of the connotation of college students' volunteer spirit.The emphasis and significance of the cultivation of college students 'volunteer Spirit are pointed out.The theoretical basis of college students ' voluntary cultivation comes not only from the charity and fraternity thought of Western countries,In fact,it has already been rooted in the traditional culture of ancient China,It is closely related to Marxist theory,It is more inseparable from contemporary ideological and political education;Secondly,This paper introduces the situation of volunteer service in Xihua University and the characteristics of volunteer spirit cultivation;Again,Through questionnaires and interviews,This paper analyzes the overall situation of college students 'volunteer spirit in contemporary times,In addition,the cultivation of college students 'volunteer Spirit has the problems of low continuity of service and imperfect externalguarantee.There are reasons behind the problem that comes from individuals,families,schools,society,etc.,Later is the focus of this paper,on the basis of the first few parts,The analysis obtains the concrete path of the cultivation of college students ' volunteer Spirit,Must rely on the efforts of individual volunteers,The harmonious atmosphere of the family,The educational guidance of the school and the strong support of the government and the community,The four must cooperate and complement each other,It provides an effective reference for the development of college students' volunteerism.
