The participants are high-level athletes, coaches and classroom teachers who worked in Colleges and universities. And the paper also investigate and search the current situation, discuss the exist problem, and propose proper suggestion. The result shows that high-level athletes are short-handed, the potential athletes who have the achievement have the lower culture degree; in contrast, athletes who have the better culture degree can suit the study in colleges and universities, but they have the lower the level of technique and hardly adapt the development of sport. Culture and education model for the development of high-level athletes are not perfect, curriculum, teaching materials, teaching content, teaching methods, such as the form and the actual situation of athletes out.
