As China's economy continues to develop, to bring vocational institutions both opportunities and challenges. However, students cultivate talents with the community lags far behind demand, a serious gap between theory and practice, traditional teaching a single organization, student weariness and so on, to become managers and teachers in vocational colleges are thinking and the urgent need to address urgent problems.Traditional teaching methods help students organize and exchange interaction, but the teaching of personal shortcomings, learning in a passive position; E-Lerning learning takes many forms, from space control, which will help reflect the student's strengths, but prone to get lost; Enterprise Training to learn to the real-life problems, but out of school education, practical training directly to business unrealistic, schools, education remains the main front So how to combine the advantages of all three to achieve the optimization of education? Blended Learning is the current that can be used to guide the problem-solving ideas and methods.This paper used a survey research method, literature research method, action research method and so on, first of all pairs of blended learning theories related to research, including concept definition, research state and theoretical foundations. Second, building a blended learning in the "Computer Assembly and Maintenance" course in the instructional design process model and modes of application. From the pre-analysis, study and organizational processes, learning support and learning to carry out evaluation of several aspects of blended learning instructional design. Empirical study, through experimental classes and control classes teaching effectiveness analysis, as well as questionnaire surveys and interviews, verify that the "computer assembly and maintenance," the use of blended learning effectiveness. Finally, the research problems that exist in reflection.In this mixed mode of teaching learning teaching activities, not only can better achieve the course objectives to improve teaching efficiency and students develop good study quality, but also conducive to the cultivation of student's comprehensive ability to make all round development of students.
