Meanwhile, the analyze of cause is done in the hope of raising the countermeasures and suggestions.The foremost origin of the occurring of conflicts is the lack of communication between every section in case school, and another is the gap of logos between factory management and school management while the policies of the school cannot be undertaken long is an important cause too. According to these, the school leaders are supposed to perfect its organizations and provide a platform for communication. And the teachers are supposed to put the students foremost. Knowing how to deal with their students and the students' problems, teachers are hoped to change-place-reflect, and improve their communicating skills. Students are supposed to master how to respect and how to listen to others as well.
