Teachers and students are the most important social roles at school. The relationship between them is directly related to the success or failure of the education and to the function of school. As well known, the interactive relationship between teachers and students is consisted of harmony, consistence and differences and conflicts. The existing research on the conflict between teachers and students are emphatically analyzed its negative influence, paid little attention to its positive significance. Actually, as a kind of inevitable social phenomenon, conflict is both beneficial and harmful, we need to analyze it with an objective attitude.The purpose of this study using classroom observation, questionnaire investigation, and interview method and setting a specific case of G middle school in Yang Zhou for research object is to probe into class conflicts between teachers and students, and the cause, actual effect, etc of the conflicts.Besides, to propose corresponding management strategy.As a result, the teachers and students will treat the conflict between them with the right attitude. And change the prejudice to the conflict between teachers and students, effective control and reduce the fierce backlash conflict between teachers and students. To understand the positive significance of conflict between teachers and students, arouse its positive, constructive significance of conflict.This study can be divided into the following several parts:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance, research and design concepts of conflict between teachers and students.The second part is mainly about the theory discussion of the conflict between teachers and students, mainly introduces the theory of conflict between teachers and students, the main research status of the conflict between teachers and students by domestic and foreign scholars and the reason and influence types, and introduce several aspects of management countermeasures.The third part is mainly about the present situation of class conflicts between teachers and students. Firstly introduces the survey scheme design. Then introduce Survey results. The survey results mainly include:the situation of class conflicts between teachers and students, the cause of the class conflicts between teachers and students, and the negative influence and the positive function of class conflictThe fourth part is about the of causes analysis of class conflicts phenomenon, it is from the teachers and students, the school management, social Angle to analyze class conflict between teachers and students.The fifth part of the teachers and students class is about the conflict management countermeasures. Mainly includes the conversion of teacher's role, establishing the correct view, Enhancing students' quality and correct their study manner, Implementation of the humanized management, construction of harmonious campus, the formation and education.
