Conflicts between teachers and students are interactive process aiming to stop each other's behavior and satisfy oneself in public because of the difference idea of value, target, position and resources etc. they have. The senior high school students are in the stage during which they grow up and become mature and it is also another period in which students are undergoing fast physical development as well as attaining sexual maturity. The main task is that they become mature from immature in the process of identity achievement. Their physical is developing quickly while the speed of their mental development is comparatively slow. This kind of development in mind and body is out of balance resulting in the increasing quantity of conflicts between teachers and the students at that time. That teachers who are not used to this kind of development changes is also another reason.This article mainly adopts the questionnaire survey and the theoretical analysis method to discuss conflicts between teachers and students in senior high schools. And the writer takes Anhui Province Dongzhi county E senior middle school as the object which includes satisfaction level of the teachers and students relations, views on conflicts between teachers and students, conflict level between teachers and students, the typical conflict between teachers and students, the strategy of how to deal with conflict between teachers and students together with the reason and so on, and two cases have been analyzed.The result of the investigation indicated that the students thought that the most frequency conflicts between teachers and students is that the teacher cannot deal with the problem fairly, the proportion of it reached 65. 48%. Secondly, conflicts between teachers and students were caused by insulted words, whose proportion is 48. 33 %. Teacher's corporal punishment or the corporal punishment in some other ways is on the third place which also leads to conflicts between the teachers and students. The proportion of it is 41. 25 %. The fourth one is the teacher who deals with the students who broke the school rules whose proportion reached 27. 08 %.And the fifth is caused by the students' unfaithful behavior, and its proportion 16. 25 %. The lowest proportion is 12. 97 % which is caused by different views on value of teachers and students. On the other hand, the result of the teachers' investigation indicated that the teachers thought that the most frequency conflicts between teachers and students is caused by the students' unfaithful behavior, and its proportion is 66. 67 %. The second one is the conflict when the teacher who deals with the students who broke the school rules whose proportion reached 53. 03 %. Teacher's corporal punishment or the corporal punishment in some other ways is on the third place which also leads to conflicts between the teachers and students. The proportion of it is 51. 52%. The fourth proportion is 39. 39% which is caused by different views on value of teachers and students. The fifth one is that the teacher can't deal with the problem fairly, the proportion of the it reached 37. 88 %. The last one is that the conflicts between teachers and students were caused by insulted words, whose proportion is 21. 21 %。 The main strategy of senior high school students dealing with conflicts is "cooperation", " avoiding ", followed by a "compromising", "accommodating", and by the "competition." at last. While the strategy of teachers handling in conflict was mainly "cooperation", " avoiding ", followed by "accommodating", "compromise" they will a "compete at least. The only difference between teachers and students is the order of accommodating and compromising. In addition to teachers have their own reaction, the most teachers while have an evasion while students take the measure of compromise.There are different kinds of conflicts between teachers and students in senior high schools. The main aspects in the student, firstly, boy students are more likely to have conflicts with teachers. Secondly, the students in Grade Two have more tendency to have conflicts than those of Grade One and Grade Three students. Thirdly, The students in unharmonious families are easier to have conflicts with teachers than those of the students in harmony ones. However, main aspects in the teacher, firstly, the male teachers are more likely to have conflicts with students. It is also increased by the longer teaching age, the higher title. The higher they are, the higher level conflicts between teachers and students will be. Class teachers have more tendency to have conflicts than non-class teachers with students. The teachers who don't teach main subject are easier to have conflicts with the students.The main reasons of conflicts between teachers and students come from students' is including that students do not keep discipline in class, the poor marks, strong character, the rebellious attitude. Which is also affected by poor social surroundings, insufficient well-behavior. The reasons come from teachers' which includes not understanding the students, the improper methods, impatience. Besides teacher do not respect their students and their ability of teaching is not enough. Nevertheless, Main reasons comes from both teachers and students is that teachers and students can't communicate sufficiently. Teachers and students have the opposite views, along with the generation gap.According to the research, the writer gave the several proposals. Firstly, They should establish harmonious relations. Secondly, they should communicate more and promote the families environment. Thirdly, the teachers should understood the students own culture and respect the students' feeling and their dignity. Then they have more ways in communicating. And then enhance instruction according to conflict difference. If they improve ability and skill on how to deal with the conflicts between teachers and students, they will get good result. At last, they should keep the balance of coordinated - conflict and mechanism formation.
